Oven Baked Omelette

2 Cups fat-free Egg Beaters egg substitute1/2 Cup fat-free milk1/2 Cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese1 Green Bell pepper1 Cup Diced mushrooms1 Cup Diced tomatoes1/2 Cup Red Onion3/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/8 teaspoon black pepperPace Picanted Sauce
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In a deep pie or casserole dish (about 9" wide), spray with a nonstick spray. Pour egg subsitute and milk in dish and add chedder cheese, tomatoes, garlic powder & black pepper. (Note, I remove the seeds and liquid from tomatoe)
Add remaining ingredients
Place dish in oven and cook for 55 minutes or until set in center. Cool slightly and then serve with a couple tablespoons of Pace Picante Sauce on top of 1 serving size. (1/4 of pie plate)
