Ingredients
6 serving La Tortilla Factory, Large Original Low Carb Tortilla 20 oz Hamburger; Ground beef patty [OMAHA STEAKS] (114g/4.0 oz serving) after cooking 6 Cup Raos Marinara Sauce (by KATIEBEA1983) 12 oz Creamed Cottage Cheese 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .50 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 16 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk .25 cup Olive Oil 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Sautee chopped onions in olive oil for a few minutes add some chopped garlic if you wish-cook a minute add already cooked hamburger ground with some Italian spices as you prefer and add the whole jar of marinara until it is the consistency you like set aside- grate the mozzarella- set aside- take the cottage cheese add an egg- mix add parmesan cheese to the cottage cheese mixture- now you can assemble- spray 9x13 pan- add some meat sauce to bottom - layer two low carb tortillas- lay meat sauce then drop spoonfuls of cottage cheese mixture over meat- reserving half for second layer- then add grated mozzarella- sprinkle more parmesan cheese- layer two more tortillas repeat for another layer then finally last two tortillas- add rest of meat sauce and top with grated cheese and parmesan- cover and cook about 35-45 minutes are foil off last 10 minute- cook thru until bubbly and heated thru- enjoy
