Cabbage Stir Fry

Ingredients
5 cups shredded Cabbage, fresh 4 cups strips or slices Carrots, raw 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw, chopped1 tbsp chopped Garlic 1 tbsp fresh Ginger Root 2 tbsp Sesame Oil 2 tbsp Homemade Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
Directions
1. Heat oil in pan.

2. When you can smell it, add the garlic and ginger. Cook for about 2 minutes on medium.

3. Add the chopped onion and cook for another 2 minutes on medium.

4. Add the sliced carrots and a little water to prevent sticking and cook until the carrots are partially cooked (to your taste).

5. Once the carrots are almost ready, add the shredded cabbage, the homemade soy sauce and cook until wilted.

Serving Size: Makes six 1/2 cup servings.
