Carolyn's Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 Cup Finely Ground Almond Flour 1/4 cup Life Source Oat Fiber 1/4 tsp Baking Soda 1/4 tsp Cream Of Tartar 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1/4 cup Pyure Organic Stevia all-purpose sweetener6 tbsp Butter, salted - room temp1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 oz. Lily's Milk Chocolate Baking Chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl mix Almond Flour, Oat Fiber, Baking Soda and Cream of Tartar. Set aside. Cream together the Pyure and Butter until smooth and lemony in color. Add egg and vanilla and beat until well blended. Add dry ingredients and blend until dough forms. Stir in baking chips. Form scant tablespoonsful into a ball and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Flatten with your fingers to form a round. Bake until slightly golden brown. Aprox. 16 1/2 minutes.
