2-4 eggs1-2 scallion stalk 2 table spoons gogonzola cheese crumbles

crack 2-4 eggs in a dish or cup add a table spoon of water whisk a few minutes. Pre heat a medium or large non stick pan with olive oil. add eggs cook as a normal omelet once almust set agg cheese and scallions. flip egg over it self and serve,
