1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 TBS Psyllium Husk Powder 1/4 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 tsp cream of tarter2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 T chicken broth
Melt the 1 1/2 T butter in whatever you are using to bake your bun, a mug or oblong shaped vessel. Break egg into a bowl or the mug and stir with butter with a whisk then add the rest of ingredients. It should be slightly doughy.
Microwave for 60-75 seconds. It will puff up then drop.
Slice in half and then saute in the 1/2 T butter.
