Power Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
6 Egg white1/2 Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, Whey Protein, 2 serving1/2 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry1/4 cup Wheat germ, crude1/4 cup Flax SeedOlive Oil, 1 tbsp1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp cinnimon
Directions
Makes about 5 pancakes (using 3 tbsp to divy it up)

Place all ingredients except beaten eggwhites in food processor and pulse or blend until mixture is uniformed.

Beat egg whites until fluffy add slowly on medium speed.

Prepare griddle w/ cooking spray or oil.

Cook until both sides are browned.

NOTE: Instead of syrup use fresh fruit syrup. Cut up different fruits and place in pan w/ a bit of olive oil and cook until syrupy. (Not listed in nutritional info)
