Ingredients
0.50 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.25 fruit without seeds Lemons 20 Broccoli, frozen 1 tsp Ginger Root 5 almond Almonds 5 Honey 5 gram(s) Maca Powder Raw Organic 1t=5g 2 cardomom 1 tbsp Chia Seed 1 Tbsp 40 gm Dates about 2 Sun Date California Pitted1 cup Water bottle w/ filtered water 0.25 tsp Egg shell calcium 25 gram(s) Greek-Style Yoghurt (full-fat) 1 tablespoon1 tsp Gelatin Powder from health food store not cooking gelatin
Directions
Soak all ingredients together (except egg shell, yoghurt and honey) in some of the water 24 hours in the fridge. Next day put the soaked ingredients in a blender with the rest of the water or rejuvelac till smooth. the lemon slows down oxidation from blending. wash the rind first and use the whole quarter.
Strain through a coarse sieve and reserve the pulp and add honey and egg shell and yoghurt to the pulp and have as a mini dessert that evening or as a snack or eat it straight away.

The rejuvelac spent wheat berries I blend with some water and evaporate in a non stick fry pan adding some herbs and yummies and regularly mix it till it at last forms a solid pancake... yummy snack to have with the rejuvelac. can even cook it to a crispy biscuit... low heat of course.

2/3 cup of dry wheat berries is
calorie/ carb/protein/fat/fibre in a 1/6th of the pancake drunk with the juice.
