Fathead Pizza Dough

Ingredients
2.5 Cup Kraft Creamy Melt Mozzarella (by REBECCALEIGH94) 2 tbsp Cream Cheese 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 6 tsp Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan & Romano Cheese .75 cup Raos homemade marinara sauce (by KMSTRANG79) 18 slice (1-3/8" dia x 1/8" thick Pepperoni
Directions
425 degrees. Melt all cheeses for one min in microwave. Add egg and almond flour. Knead until combined. Roll out dough thinly. Prick holes into dough. Bake on sprayed sheet about 10 min flipping after 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Top with marinara, mozzarella and pepperoni. Bake additional 10-12 minutes. Add fresh Basil last few minutes of baking.
