Ingredients
-5 Small Potatoes (or Equivalent of Larger Sized Potatoes)-Half Large Red Pepper-Large Yellow Pepper (or Substitute for Green)-Half Large Onion-Tbsp. Paprika-Tsp. McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning-1.5 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Directions
Chop all vegetables and toss with seasoning and olive oil. Bake at 450 degrees for about 20 minutes (or until potatoes are lightly crisped).
