Avocado, Egg and Cheese on Toast

Ingredients
1 Slice of Whole Grain Bread ( I use Oroweat Best Winter Wheat)1 Large Egg + 1 Large Egg White1/4 avocado1 slice jarlsberg cheese (should be 50 cal/slice)tomato slicesonion slicessalt and pepper
Directions
Makes 1 serving

1. Whisk together egg and egg white with a little salt and pepper.

2. Spray round or square tupperware with pam and pour egg mixture in. Microwave for 1.5 minutes.

3. Toast Cheese on Bread until melted.

4. Spread avocado on cheese, add the cooked egg, add tomatoes and onions and a touch of black pepper.

5. Best to eat with a fork.
