2.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted0.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour36.0 tsp Splenda0.75 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)2.0 cup Mixed Berries or ???
Melt butter in 8×8 pan in 350° oven.
Mix flour, splenda, baking powder and milk. Pour over butter in pan. Top with fresh or frozen fruit. Bake 55-60 minutes till lightly brown.
Nutrition does not include the baking powder...if you use regular, the sodium will be sky high.
