Asian Slaw

Ingredients
1 medium Carrots, raw 2 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 6 tsp Organic cane sugar 1 tsp Celery seed 1 tsp Mustard seed, yellow 24 serving Follow Your Heart - Vegan Mayo (1 tbsp = 1 serving) 1 1tsp Sesame Oil
Directions
1. Set aside a large bowl. Shred a head of Chinese Cabbage and add one
(1) shredded Carrot.
2. Combine the Cabbage and Carrot in the bowl and add ½ Cup Vegan
Mayo, Cane Sugar, Celery Seed, Mustard Seed and mix. Keeps for up to 3
days.
3. Serve and enjoy!
