Ingredients
8.0 cup Vegetable Broth6.0 cup Dei Fratelli diced tomatoes3.0 serving Great Value canned Whole Leaf Spinach4.0 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw3.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw6.0 tsp Garlic4.0 tsp Dill weed, dried2.0 tbsp Basil3.0 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives2.0 tbsp Parsley, dried
Directions
Set IP to saute to start heating. Add broth, tomatoes, spinach to the pot. Chop your cabbage, onion and celery and add to pot. Add your garlic and herbs. Secure lid, switch to Pressure Cook. Cook for 15 minutes, allow to natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release. Salt and pepper to taste.
