Ingredients
1.5 cup Bush's Black Beans 1.5 cup Corn, Del Monte Fiesta Corn (by CDCASON) 2.5 serving Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (canned) 2.5 srv - Rotel (by FLEABAG11) 5 serving Onions, yellow, raw 1 oz. 4 tsp Garlic 8 oz Kirkland Chicken Stock 2 serving Chicken, Perdue Chicken breasts 6 tbsp Sour Cream 1 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Dice Onion
Throw all but corn in crockpot
Add desired seasonings to taste - chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper
Place chicken breasts on top
Crockpot 4 hours on high
Top with sour cream & Cheese
