Cauliflower Rice Mushroom Risotto

3 cup Cauliflower Rice - Costco .75 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream .33 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 2 tbsp Butter, salted .75 cup Bone Broth Chicken .5 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked .5 tsp Garlic powder .5 tsp Pepper, black .5 tsp Salt
Cook the cauliflower rice, sautee rice in 1 T butter for 4-5 minutes until it releases water, slice and sautee the mushrooms in 1 T butter for 2-3 minutes.
Then pour bone broth into rice, then cream into cauliflower rice, turn the heat to medium low until it starts to simmer, pour in the parmesan cheese, stir until melted.
Pour in the mushrooms, season to taste, and enjoy.
