Little Smokey Soup (Aka: Sauerkraut Soup)

4 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw 4 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared 12 oz. little smokey sausages2 Tbls Flour, white 1 cup i Greek Yogurt Plain or sour cream.5 cup Onion Raw chopped.5 cup, diced Celery, raw 2 cups or 1 can (16 oz) Frank’s Sweet Bavarian Kraut w/Caraway Seeds 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
in a 4 qt pan place water, chicken stock (or you may use bullion cubes and 4 cups water) Add peeled and cut potatoes, celery and onions. cook 10 to 15 minutes until potatoes are tender. add little smokies. I cut them into thirds.( you may also use brat or another type of sausage) Mix 2 tablespoons flour with yogurt slowly add to potato mixture stirring while you add it. Add sauerkraut. Bring back to temp. DO NOT BOIL. If you don't have Bavarian add 2 tbs sugar or sweetener and 1 teaspoon caraway seeds. Salt and pepper tp taste.
