Ingredients
7.0 serving Eckrich Skinless Turkey Smoked Sausage (2 oz serving)45.0 large Shrimp, cooked16.0 oz Chicken Thighs - Boneless, Skinless (15% chicken broth, sea salt, natural flavorings)1.5 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked7.0 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Crushed Tomatoes2.0 cup Vegetable Broth74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw1.0 tbsp Marcum Soul Seasoning
Directions
Cut up your proteins into bite size pieces and put in your slow cooker. Add chopped bell pepper, crushed tomatoes, and soul seasoning. Stir in rice at start if looking for a thicker, softer jambalaya; otherwise stir in rice 1 1/2 hours before serving. Cook on low 4 hours, stirring in rice when desired.
