Ingredients
4.0 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added0.5 cup Tomato Paste16.0 oz Ground Beef (lean)1.0 cup Rice, white, long-grain, regular, raw, enriched1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Brown ground beef with onions and pepper. Add rice and cook for about five minutes, until turns white. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, worcestershire sauce and basil. Cover and cook for about a half hour, until rice is soft, stirring often. Top with cheese and continue cooking until cheese is melted.
