2 cup Whole Wheat Flour 600 grams Potato, raw 1 tsp Cumin seed 0.5 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste (by SOCPAGE) 1 serving coriander powder (by NITAINMN) 0.5 tbsp Feel Good Organics Turmeric Powder (by VENOMDESIGN) 1 tsp Chili powder 6 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO)
Boil potatoes for 25 minutes in electric pressure cooker using a trivet in a cup of water underneath .
Then after it cools down Masha Allah it thoroughly and then add all the remaining ingredients except flour.
Mix well.
Add the flour and knead it without adding any water.
Keep it aside for 20 minutes then make 12 portions and make flatbreads .
Cook them for 2 minutes each side twice and brush a bit of oil to coat it evenly .
