Jicama Slaw (sweet and spicy citrus)

Ingredients
Yambean (jicama), 1 mediumOrange Juice, 1 cup Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbspCumin ground, 1 tsp Honey, 1 tbspChili Oil, 2 tsp
Directions
Combine the juice and spices in a large bowl.

Peel the Jicama and chop into thin sticks. Toss with the juice mixture to coat thoroughly.
