Quick Spicy Egg Breakfast Tortilla

Ingredients
2 Egg whites2 T. milk 2 T. salsa2 T. low fat cheddar cheese2 corn tortillas (or one flour)
Directions
1. Beat the egg and the milk. Scramble in a non-stick pan or microwave.

2. Heat the tortillas. Spread the salsa and cheese on each. Top with the egg and roll.

3. Enjoy.
