Ingredients
6 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup) 1.5 cup Aroy-d lite coconut milk 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Ginger, ground 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 tsp Cloves, ground 5 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp 4 Tsp Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetner (by CD17367695)
Directions
use canned pumpkin mix all ingredients well refrigerate for at least 3 hours. This may not be pudding consistency I didn't use all the chia seeds by tripling my original recipe
