Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls (gluten free & vegan)

Ingredients
25.4 tbsp Kraft - 100% All Natural Peanut Butter8.5 tbsp coconut flour4.0 tbsp Honey75.0 gram CHOCOLATE bar - dark 70% cocoa Moser-Roth
Directions
If necessary, warm peanut butter slightly to soften. Mix all ingredient together well. Roll into 1-inch balls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Melt chocolate in 30 second intervals in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth. Stir chocolate for a minute to temper it. Remove balls from refrigerator and dip them one at a time using a toothpick. They will look similar to a Buckeye, with the top portion remaining bare. Place on waxed paper and put back in the refrigerator until chocolate sets. Store in the fridge.
