Ingredients
12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 0.5 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 0.5 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Scramble eggs with a fork, add other ingredients and mix in well with fork. Divide evenly into a muffin tin sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake for 12 minutes at 400 degrees F.
