Mushroom-Beef Burgers with yogurt cream

Ingredients
170 grams Mushrooms, fresh 24 oz Lean Ground Sirloin 10% Fat 1 tsp Horseradish .5 cup Non-fat Greek yogurt Plain-Great Value .5 cup Marketside Baby Kale & Spinach Blend (baby kale, baby spinach, red & green chard, fresh arugula)
Directions
Food process mushrooms until the texture of breadcrumbs. Add beef and horseradish until mixed well.

Lightly oil grill pan, heat over medium heat. Cook Patties 6 minutes per side for medium rare.

Stir together yogurt with watercress/arugula or spinach greens

serve on bed of lettuce with yogurt on top.
