7oz Extra Lean Ground Beef - 96% Lean - 4% Fat (196g) 1/4 C Breton Gluten Free Herb and Garlic Crackers, Crumbs2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 2 tsp Parsley, dried 0.25 tsp Garlic powder 4 tbsp BBQ Sauce 1 tbsp Ketchup
Pour 1/2 BBQ sauce in the bottom of the small Slow cooker. Mix all ingredients Minus the BBQ sauce & Ketchup add any extra seasoning you like. Mesquite or smoke flavor is good Roll into balls. Place them in the pot. Pour remaining BBQ Sauce & Ketchup over the top.
Cook about 2 hours on high till cooked all the way through
