Spicy Black Bean Dip

Ingredients
4 cup Beans, black 2 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 2.5 serving diced tomatoes & green chilies RoTel 10oz canned (by LEEISME2) .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic .5 tbsp Chili powder .75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 cup *Kroger Mozzarella Fat Free Shredded Cheese 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic 2 tbsp Olive Oil 2 tbsp Canned Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (by DNDOTY)
Directions
Sauté onions in olive oil over medium. Add garlic, chili powder. Cook for 2 minutes over medium. Add water, 1 can of black beans, can of rotel, drained, 2 chipotles, reseeded and chopped up and 2 tbls adobo sauce. Bring to a boil and cook until liquid is reduced by half. Place mixture in a blender and purée. Place purée in a casserole dish along with 2nd can of black beans and canned corn. Mix in half the cheeses, top with remaining cheese. Bake at 425 for 18 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
