Spicy Mango Shrimp

1 tbsp Coconut Oil .25 large Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Soy Sauce .5 fl oz Lime Juice 1 tbsp Thai Chili Sauce .25 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON) 16 oz Shrimp, raw 2 cup, sliced Mangos 1 tbsp Coconut Flakes, Organic, Unsweetened 1 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Once melted, add red onion and saute for 5-7 minutes until softened.
Add garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, Thai chili sauce, red pepper and shrimp to the skillet and toss to combine.
Cook for 3-5 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked.
Add the mango, stir to incorporate and warm through.
Plate the shrimp and garnish with coconut, green onions and some lime.
