Ingredients
1 Cup of Low Fat, Plain Yogurt1/8 Cup of Honey2 TBSP of Dijon mustard1tsp of celery seed
Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and then add to some sort of resealable container. Good for about 7-10 days in the refrigerator.

    I made this but the yogurt I used was too sharp and I didn't think there was enough seasoning in it with just the celery seed. I used Honey Mustard in mine. - 1/22/09
