Sandy's New York Goodwich

Ingredients
10 oz brocollic steamed1 cup calliflower steamed4 tbsp. fresh carrot finely grated4 tbsp red cabbage finely grated1 cup barbequed onion 4 tsp olive oil, 1 med onion diced, 1 tbsp bbq sauce.2 whole wheat pitas2 tbsp miracle whip6 thin slices of pickle1 cup lettuce shredded4 slices avocadosea salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Steam brocolli and calliflower, until veggies are tender about 5 min. Use only florets, and chop.
Combine all ingredients, in pita.
