Curried Rice

Ingredients
1 tsp Yellow Curry Bouillon Cubes 2 1tsp Canola Oil 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 cup Spinach, fresh 4 serving RICE - Dynasty Jasmine Rice 1/2 cup cooked
Directions
Dissolve 2 bouillon cubes in 2 Cups of water. Heat oil in pan add spinach and onion and cook until softened. Stir in rice until fully blended and continue to heat. Add Curry bouillon to rice mixture and bring to a boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium high for 8 to 10 minutes until all water is absorbed. Stir frequently.
