Quinoa Bean Burgers

Ingredients
3 cup Beans, pinto 0.5 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.25 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Mix and mash by hand. Form 8 patties in parchment paper. Refrigerate at least one hour or up to overnight. Fry in lightly oiled non stick skillet over medium heat or bake in 350 oven 40 minutes.
