32 oz Chicken, rotisserie cooked, breast meat, no skin 1 cup Salsa 1 tsp Cumin - ground (1 tsp) (by INFORM555) 1 tsp Oregano, ground 4 oz Cream Cheese 8 serving Mission Flour Tortillas, Soft Taco, 8 inch, 49g 2 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend 8 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
Heat the first five ingredients in a large microwavable dish in the microwave until cream cheese is melted and blended throughout the mixture. Lightly butter one side of tortilla and place butter side down on baking sheet, Spread about 1/3 cup of chicken mixture on one half of the tortilla and then cover with a good sprinkling of the cheese. Fold over tortilla and bake at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes until slightly crisp and lightly brown. Cut into wedges and enjoy!
