Chicken Walnut Salad

Ingredients
180 grams Roasting Chicken, light meat 45 grams Walnuts 25 grams Parmesan Cheese, grated 4 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 1.4 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Chop chicken, walnuts and mix with parmesan, mayonnaise, balsamic, salt and nutmeg. Chill.

Serve on a bed of lettuce
