Ingredients
6 eggs1 oz. shredded cheddar1/2 cup broccoli - chopped1 oz. ham - choppedsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Chop broccoli & ham into small pieces. Combine all ingredients. Distribute evenly throughout cupcake pan to make 6 frittatas.
