Ingredients
1 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 48 gram(s) Stevia/powder(Now Foods) 1pkt. (by CD5252455) 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 dash Salt 1 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Potato Starch 2 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
Directions
Sift cocoa, potato starch, sugar, salt, and 3/4 cup stevia into a medium saucepan, and stir well to combine. Add water, stir constantly over medium heat, until all is combined and sauce has thickened nicely, cook for 1 more minute, then remove from heat. Place in container and allow to cool to room temp. Add 2 tsp. vanilla and stir well to combine.
