2.0 cup, cubes Sweet potato15.0 sprout Brussels sprouts, fresh3.0 serving Baby Carrots, raw (3oz = 9pcs = 1 serving)3.0 serving Olive Oil: Kroger, Pure Olive Oil, 1tbsp/serving1.0 tsp Salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut vegetables into bite sized pieces. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper or cajun seasoning. Place in single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 25 minutes.
