1 lb ground beef 1 onion 1/2 head grated cabbage 1 28-oz can Aylmer Diced Canned Tomatoes 1 tbsp brown sugar1 tbsp white vinegar1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 cup white rice (optional)1/4 tsp Pepper, black
1) Brown beef & onions in a large skillet. Drain fat.
2) Stir in cabbage, cover and cook over medium heat 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until cabbage wilts. (If using leftover boiled cabbage, omit this step).
3) Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, cover and simmer 8-10 minutes.
