Soy Flour 1/4 cupWhole Wheat Flour 1/2 cupFlax meal (groud flax) 1/4 cupWheat Germ 1/4 cupYellow Cornmeal 1/2 cupBaking Powder 1 tsp.Salt 1/2 tspEgg Whites 2Vanilla Soy Milk 1 cup

makes 12 muffins or if you can afford the carbs it makes 6 large (just double the nutritional values) spray your muffin tin with pam or line them with the paper thingys fill 2/3 full and bake @ 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
