Dani's Beef mushroom soup

Ingredients
8 oz Beef chuck, arm pot roast 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 2 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz) 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1.5 cup san Marzano Diced Tomatoes (by MELTAWAYNOW) 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
Directions
Used cooked leftover beef roast, but can also use raw. Peel and chop potato and carrot, dice onion, slice mushrooms and celery. Put all ingredients in Instant Pot for 15 minute high pressure cook time.
