Anabolic French Toast- High Protein /High Fiber

Ingredients
1/3 cup Fairlife Fat Free Milk 6 tbsp egg whites 5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 1/4 tsp Psyllium Husk Powder 2 tbsp Pea Protein (unflavored)11/2 tbsp Vanilla Extract 1/4 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Sugar Free Pancake Syrup11 slices of Nature’s Own 100% Whole Wheat Bread or any other high fiber bread
Directions
Add first 8 ingredients into a shallow dish or bowl.
Stir until ingredients are well incorporated (about 2 minutes by hand).
Dip bread into egg mixture, making sure both sides are saturated.
Warm a lightly oiled frying pan ( I like avocado oil) over medium high heat.
Once pan is hot (but not so hot is it smoking, that means it is too hot), place 2 to 3 slices of egg dipped bread into your pan.
Cook each side for approx 3-4 minutes.
If the French toast is browning too quickly, reduce your heat to a low-medium.
Once your toast is done it will be a golden brown on both sides and all areas of the toast will look dry and no longer wet.
Serve with a small pat of butter and a low calorie syrup of your choice.
Pro tip: Try it with Swerve confectioner mixed with your butter. YUM!!
