Ingredients
4 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 0.25 cup Kosher salt 1 Serving(s) Olive oil cooking spray 0.25 tsp Garlic powder 0.25 tsp Onion powder 0.25 tsp Parsley, dried 0.25 tsp Paprika
Directions
Pound chicken breast so that it is even all over so that it will cook evenly. Fill a medium sized bowl with 4 cups lukewarm water and add 1/4 cup kosher salt and stir to dissolve salt. Add chicken breast to the water and let it sit for 1-1/2 hours to brine. Remove chicken from water and pat dry with paper towels. Mix spices in a small bowl. Spritz chicken with cooking spray and rub over chicken. Prepare the air fryer then place chicken in the basket and set to 380 degrees for 10 minutes, turning at halfway point. Serving Size: 1 4 ounce boneless skinless chicken breast
