Ingredients
863 Grams Malibu Blend (1 cup/95g) 2 1tsp Canola Oil 10 tsp Garlic 104 grams Onions, raw 76 grams Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 16 oz Zaycon Ground Turkey (90/10) 6 tsp Mae Ploy Green Curry (2 tsp) 10 Serving Thai Kitchen Lite Coconut Milk unsweetened (1/3c (80ml)/serv) 5 serv/can 1.5 tsp Granulated Sugar
Directions
Brown Turkey. add curry paste, onion, garlic and peppers. Sautee till softened. Add veg mix and coconut milk. Bring to a boil and simmer add sugar and soy if needed. Serve over rice or noodles
