Green Enchilada Sauce or Green Salsa

Ingredients
12 tbsp Old ElPaso Chopped Green Chiles (by GRANDMA29+3) 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Salt 1 1tsp Canola Oil 2 pepper Hot Chili Peppers, chopped1 cup chicken or veggie broth (optional)
Directions
Saute onions, garlic and chili peppers until onions are translucent.
Add all ingredients to blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Without broth - this works nicely as a green salsa
With broth - more of an enchilada consistency
Adjust garlic and chili to taste
