16 oz Ground beef, lean 0.5 cup Bread, Progresso Bread Crumbs, Garlic and Italian Herb 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 3 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 2 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard 3 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar

Bake at 400F for 40 minutes
