Oatmeal Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies

Applesauce, unsweetened, .1875 cup Kraft Jello-o Brand Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding, Vanilla, 4 Serving *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 1 cup, dry, yields *Splenda, 24 tspDesigner Whey Protein Powder, 1 servingBaking Soda, .5 tsp Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips, 8 tbsp Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
beat together applesauce, splenda and pudding mix till creamy.
In a medium bowl mix together flours, oats and baking soda.
Add to splenda mixture.
Pour in hot water and mix,
add in dark chocolate chips.
Scoop into 12 cookies...
Bake at 375 degrees for 13 minutes.

These are very good! The recipe is confusing...it says .5 cup water and then 8 fl. oz in (), it is 1 cup of water, I used about 1/6 cup apple sauce and yes the pudding is dry. They turned out wonderful! Also didn't see where to add protein powder so added with dry ingredients. - 9/12/08
