Ingredients
1 Frozen Banana (Large) 1/2 cup raw chopped Carrots8 oz Almond Breeze Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1/4 tsp Ginger, ground pinch of Nutmeg pinch of Allspice IsoFemme Protein
Directions
Add banana, carrots, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, pinch of nutmeg, pinch of allspice to high speed blender. Blend till creamy and smooth. Adjust flavor if desired with more spice - cinnamon for warmth, ginger for kick.
