Parmesan Onion Bake

2 Large Vidella or 6 small Yellow Onions1 Cup Celery diced1/4 Cup flour1/2 teas. Salt1/8t Black pepper1.5 cup skim milk1/4 Cup Parmasen Cheese1/4 cup Pecans chopped4 T Butter
1. Saute Onions and celery in 2T of butter until tender. Drain and place in a 2 Qt. casserole dish. Set aside.
2. Melt the rest of the butter; stir in flour, salt & pepper in saucepan until smooth.
3. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened.
4. Pour over onions in casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and pecans.
5. Bake, uncovered, 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.
