2.25 cup Outrageous Baking Gluten Free All Purpose Flour Mix 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Salt 1 cup Butter, salted 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar 0.5 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh 32 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1. preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in bowl. beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in nuts (if wanted - 1 cup - nutrition calculated without nuts).
3. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets. supposedly makes almost 5 dozen (60) - if so, carb count will be lower.
4. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
